Diigo

homepage_logo.jpgI’m a big fan of the del.icio.us social bookmarking service, but I am intrigued by a new service called Diigo. Diigo stands for “Digest of Internet Information, Groups and Other stuff”. Rather than calling itself a social bookmarking site, Diigo refers to itself as a social annotation site. In addition to collecting and storing bookmarks, this service allows you to highlight web pages and add sticky notes. You can also use it to search search through a variety of search engines, blogs, and other social bookmarking services. These are, in fact, just a few of the features of Diigo.  Check it out at the links provided and let me know what you think.
